Role Overview:
RCI (Retail
Customer Intelligence) is a data solutions team within the Retail Banking
division, dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights to enhance personalized
customer experiences and optimize banking operations. Our focus includes
developing intuitive self-service data platforms for non-technical users,
utilizing generative AI to boost productivity, and delivering actionable
insights at the right time and through the right channels. By integrating these
solutions, RCI strives to create seamless, customer-centric experiences while
driving value for both customers and the bank.
As
a Data Scientist under RCI, Senior Specialist must leads end-to-end analytics
projects, ensuring execution aligns with business goals, along with manages
stakeholders and translates insights into strategic decisions.
Insight Generation & Actionability
• Lead
advanced data analysis and modeling initiatives by developing scalable
frameworks, maintaining data integrity, and extracting strategic insights to
drive business decisions.
• Lead the
development of BI solutions by designing intuitive interfaces to uncover
business insights and ensuring data accuracy for reliable decision-making.
• Utilizing
and optimizing generative AI prompt to tailor customer data and provide
structured, data-driven rationales.
• Manage the
end-to-end system migration of personalization projects, ensuring seamless
integration and optimal utilization across all channel platforms.
Strategic Collaboration &
Innovation:
• Collaborate
with senior management to align business objective and translate into
structured project frameworks for execution.
• Act as the
primary authority for data projects, leading scope definition, translating
business requirements into actionable tasks, and ensuring successful execution
and alignment with strategic objectives.
Team Development
• Mentor and
develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance team member skills.
• Research
global best practices to enhance team capabilities, ensuring improvements are
implemented through a structured milestone-based approach.
• Leveraging
generative AI to enhance team productivity and automating the work process.
Qualification
•
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business,
Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of
experience in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder
engagement
• Strong
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools for data manipulation and
reporting
• Strong
understanding of customer analytics, segmentation, and personalization models
• Generative
AI expertise (leveraging AI for automation and personalization) is a plus!
