1. On Home page, notice the tab on the right side of the screen. This tab provides access to “Yindee” and is also available on other supported pages.
2. You may access the “Chat with Yindee” page by sliding the side tab to the left.
3. Alternatively, select “Services”, the 3rd menu from the bottom to access “Chat with Yindee”.
4. On Service page, select “Contact ttb”.
5. Select “Yindee” card to enter chat page.
6. Select your inquiry topic or type your message to ask Yindee.
7. After you have received a complete answer, you may rate your satisfaction with Yindee.
