TMBThanachart Financial Group comprises 4 entities: TMBThanachart Bank Public Company Limited, TMBThanachart Broker Company Limited, Phahonyothin Asset Management Company Limited and ttb Consumer Company Limited, hereinafter referred to as "TMBThanachart Financial Group", (collectively referred to as "we"). The exercise of your rights as mentioned above is subject to the conditions specified in the law. We may refuse to exercise your rights if the request conflicts with the law or a court order, affects the rights and freedoms of others, is an unreasonable request, or if we face technical limitations that prevent us from fulfilling the request. In such cases, we are obligated to notify you in writing, along with the reasons for the refusal.
We will store your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes applicable to this Privacy Policy, or as required by law only. It has been documented as a policy and operating procedures regarding data archrival and data destruction and comply with data security measures.

Remark: To exercise the rights in Sections 6-9, you must complete a form and submit your request along with proof of identity to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the TMBThanachart financial business group. For cases where you exercise rights in Sections 6-9 through branches or Relationship Managers (RMs), please ask the staff to forward the form to the DPO as well. This is for consideration of the rights request, with a processing time based on the Personal Data Protection Act, starting from the date the DPO receives complete and sufficient information to assess the exercise of the personal data subject's rights.
We place the highest priority on protecting your personal data by implementing strict prevention measures and response plans. In the event of a data breach, we will immediately assess and control the situation, considering appropriate actions. For instance, if an issue arises that may violate or impact personal data, and after review by the Data Protection Officer (DPO), we will report the incident to the relevant authorities within the specified time frame. In cases of high risk that affect data subjects, we will notify you along with corrective measures. Additionally, we regularly review and improve our security measures to ensure that your data is managed with the highest level of care.
