  1. Juristic Persons
  2. Thai entrepreneurs. The business is registered and operating in Thailand.
  3. The business has been operating more than 2 years.
  4. Total sales of business group are not more than 1,000 million baht per year.
  5. Good repayment history. Never been in a financial litigation or declared bankruptcy.

  1. Company Certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce/Office of the Central Company and Partnership Registration together with business objectives
  2. List of Shareholders (Bor. Or. Jor. 5)
  3. Company Regulations / Partnership Agreement
  4. Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report
  5. Internal Financial Statements or Value Added Tax Return Certificate (Por. Por. 30)
  6. Commercial Documents such as A/R, A/P, Inventory Report, Bill Purchase
  7. Specific Business License
  8. Quotation / Installation Contract
