Conditions
- Juristic Persons
- Thai entrepreneurs. The business is registered and operating in Thailand.
- The business has been operating more than 2 years.
- Total sales of business group are not more than 1,000 million baht per year.
- Good repayment history. Never been in a financial litigation or declared bankruptcy.

- Company Certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce/Office of the Central Company and Partnership Registration together with business objectives
- List of Shareholders (Bor. Or. Jor. 5)
- Company Regulations / Partnership Agreement
- Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report
- Internal Financial Statements or Value Added Tax Return Certificate (Por. Por. 30)
- Commercial Documents such as A/R, A/P, Inventory Report, Bill Purchase
- Specific Business License
- Quotation / Installation Contract
- Copies of documents evidencing ownership rights to property such as title deed / Nor Sor. 3 Kor.
