If I changed my registered mobile phone number, do I have to cancel PromptPay?
Answer : After you have informed the Bank of the new mobile phone number, we will automatically process PromptPay registration for you with the new number, except where such number has already been registered for PromptPay with another bank.
How many accounts can be registered for PromptPay?
Answer : Up to 2 accounts, i.e., 1 with national ID card number and another 1 with mobile phone number.
