ttb stand by letter of credits
The service that guarantees to fulfill the payment according to Stand by L/C (SBLC) under conditions to domestic/international beneficiaries such as guarantee of the bank loan, guarantee of payment etc. In case, client who holds the Stand by Letter of Credit fails to fulfill the agreement with his contractor. The contractor may claim the payment with the bank at all events the contractor must practice according to the terms and conditions of the SBLC.
Under the circumstance that client could not make the payment or fails to comply with terms and conditions of the agreement, the contractor can claim the payment with the bank. At all events the contractor must practice according to the terms and conditions of the SBLC.
