ttb bill discounted

A type of working capital financing whereby the Bank will purchase the customer’s promissory notes or bill exchange before matured. The Bank will purchase by charging the discount according to the period from the date the notes (promissory notes or bill exchange) are sold at the bank in advance of maturity, in order that the customer can use the proceeds thereof ahead of payment from Sponsor who pay for goods / services in the form of bills. This lending facility will help the customer to get funds faster, thus adding liquidity to the business.

Conditions
  1. Juristic person registered and operating business in Thailand.
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the current business.
  3. Net operating profit for the last 3 years.
  4. No delinquencies history, maintaining good credit record with the NCB, not being under loan restructuring with any financial institution and not currently classified as an NPL.
  5. Not being sued in financial cases or declared bankrupt or under Court Order for business rehabilitation.

Remark: Other qualifications shall be as specified by the Bank.

  1. Company Certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce / Office of the Central Company and Partnership Registration together with business objectives
  2. List of Shareholders (Bor. Or. Jor. 5)
  3. Company Regulations / Partnership Agreement
  4. Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report
  5. Internal Financial Statements or Value Added Tax Return Certificate (Por. Por. 30)
  6. Commercial documents such as A/R, A/P, Inventory Report, Bill Purchase
  7. Specific business license
