Payment Service Providers (Counter Service)

Service Details

  1. The payment amount per transaction must not exceed 49,000 baht.
  2. Maximum payment transaction limit: THB 499,999 per day per payer’s national identification number.

Fee

  1. 15 baht per payment transaction (VAT included) in Bangkok and the vicinity
  2. 20 baht per payment transaction (VAT included) in the upcountry

Transaction procedure

  1. The customer informs the 7-Eleven staff member of their intention to make a loan repayment for a ttb Bank loan.
  2. The payer presents and inserts their national identification card for verification purposes.
  3. Present the invoice to pay at counter services nationwide
  4. After the staff scanning the barcode, give cash for payment to the staff
  5. Verify the transaction's accuracy
  6. Wait for the staff to confirm the information at the POS machine
  7. The staff receives the payment with the fee

  1. National Identification Card
  2. Payer's invoice
  3. Payer's mobile phone number
  4. Cash to make payment
