Identity Verification Service Channels (Boonterm Top-Up Machine)

Digital identity verification service for bank account opening.

1. The customer follows the steps for opening a bank account via the ttb touch application and selects identity verification via Boonterm Top-Up Machine.
2. The customer completes the process at the Boonterm Top-Up Machine as follows:
   1. Select Identity Verification Menu.
   2. Select TMBThanachart Bank (ttb).
   3. Insert the identification card.
3. After completing the process at the Boonterm Top-Up Machine, the customer returns to the ttb touch application to complete the account opening process within the specified timeframe (within 24 hours).
4. The customer receives a transaction status notification via the ttb touch application.
