Deposit limits
- The total accumulated deposit amount across all channels (Boonterm Top - Up Machine, Tao Bin Vending Machine and Counter Cenpay powered by Boonterm) is capped at THB 30,000 per day per depositor’s identification card number.
Maximum deposit per transaction: not exceeding THB 10,000 per transaction.
Transaction frequency limits
- Not more than 3 transactions per day per account number.
- Not more than 2 transactions per day per identification number.
Fractional/decimal amounts are not accepted, e.g. THB 100.75.
Cash deposits only.

Service fee: THB 15 per transaction.

The customer informs the staff of the intention to deposit cash into a TMBThanachart Bank (ttb) account.
The customer provides the following deposit information
- Identification card number of the depositor.
- Depositor’s mobile phone number.
- Recipient’s bank account number.
- Account owner’s mobile phone number.
- Deposit amount.
The customer provides the OTP received to the staff.
The customer verifies the accuracy of the deposit details displayed on the screen.
Staff collect the cash and service fee from the customer.
The customer receives a receipt as proof of deposit.
