Position:

Specialist / Senior Specialist - Credit Restructuring Underwriting (Corporate Banking, / SME and Retail Banking)

Key Responsibilities:

·         Evaluate and underwrite credit restructuring proposals for assigned portfolios, providing well-balanced credit restructuring comments, ensuring balanced judgment, adherence to delegated authority, high-quality standards, turnaround efficiency, and alignment with the bank's objectives.

·         Collaborate with relevant teams to address credit restructuring issues, provide input, and offer recommendations to senior management for effective decision-making.

·         Provide feedback and support for product development and related processes, such as credit restructuring approval, to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.

·         Develop, review, and enhance credit restructuring underwriting guidelines, policies, and practices to ensure industry-leading standards.

·         Share expertise, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance team performance and results.

We’re Looking For:

·         A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis, debt restructuring, risk management, or quantitative analysis in the financial services industry (preferably within banking).

·         Strong analytical skills with expertise in credit restructuring, risk assessment, and banking products.

·         Proven leadership abilities to inspire and develop team members effectively.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills for managing cross-functional relationships.
